2025 Registration Dates
Mark your calendars! Registration for the highly anticipated Bacc Travel Program 2025 is just around the corner. We’re thrilled to announce the dates for both our returning and new families to secure their spots for a summer filled with exciting adventures.
Current/Returning Families: Registration opens on March 12th, 2025, at 9:00 AM. Ensure you’re ready to register promptly as spaces are limited!
New Families: Open registration for new families will begin on March 26th, 2025, at 9:00 AM. We encourage new families interested in the BACC Travel Program to register on this date. Applications submitted before this time will not be accepted.
2025 Program Dates
The BACC Travel Program offers seven weeks of engaging and fun-filled activities. Each week runs from Monday to Friday, providing a consistent and enriching experience for your children throughout the summer.
- Week #1: July 7 – July 11
- Week #2: July 14 – July 18
- Week #3: July 21 – July 25
- Week #4: July 28 – Aug 1
- Week #5: Aug 4 – Aug 8
- Week #6: Aug 11 – Aug 15
- Week #7: Aug 18 – Aug 22
Program Ages, Hours, and Rates
The BACC Travel Program is designed for children entering 5th grade up to 12 years old (13-year-olds are welcome if their birthday falls within the program dates). We provide a full-day program to accommodate busy family schedules.
Travel Program Hours: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Eligible Ages: Children entering 5th Grade – 12 years old (13 if birthday is during program)
Summer Travel Program 2025 Rates (Per Session):
We offer tiered pricing to accommodate families with multiple children, making the BACC Travel Program an affordable option for summer childcare.
- One Child: $360.00
- Two Children: $684.00 (10% Discount)
- Three Children: $1,008.00 (20% Discount)
- Four Children: $1,332.00 (30% Discount)
Fees Due Upon Acceptance:
Upon receiving your acceptance email, the following fees are due to secure your child’s spot in the BACC Travel Program.
- Family Fee: $10.00 (one-time fee per family)
- Weekly Deposit: $50.00 per week, per child (due within 48 hours of acceptance email)
Please note that no deposits or family fees are required until you receive your official acceptance into the program.
Important Payment Information:
For simplified accounting, we require separate payments for the Summer Program and the Travel Program. This applies to both deposits and tuition payments throughout the summer. Please ensure you make separate checks or set up distinct automatic banking transfers for each program if you are enrolling in both.

Registration Guide for Returning/Current Families
Current SACC families (enrolled since January 2025) and families who attended the 2024 Summer Program are considered returning families. We are excited to welcome you back to the BACC Travel Program!
Registration for returning families opens on March 12th, 2025, at 9:00 AM. Please note that applications submitted before this time will not be accepted.
How to Register (Returning Families):
- Review the Handbook: Thoroughly read the Travel Program Handbook for detailed registration instructions and program guidelines. The handbook will be available on our website and via the Playground App.
- Access the Registration Link: On March 12th at 9:00 AM, use this link to access the registration form: https://app.tryplayground.com/listings/IaCAwJHWD3fUIjtnEPlI
- Application Tips: For a smoother application process, if using a cell phone, turn off Wi-Fi. Desktop/Laptop users should use a private or incognito browser.
- Submit Application and Physical Form: Complete the online application form and upload your child’s physical form at the time of submission. Registration is not complete without the physical form.
- Acceptance Email: Within two weeks, you will receive an email confirming your reserved weeks or waitlist status.
- Pay Fees: Upon acceptance, pay the $10 family fee and the $50 weekly deposit per child within 48 hours.
- Allergies and Medication: Inform us of any allergies or medication requirements your child may have.
- Cancellations: Send any cancellations via email by June 20th, 2025, to avoid being charged the full balance for that week.
- Handbook Review: Review the handbook to stay informed about all program details.

How to Register (New Families):
- Review the Guide: Familiarize yourself with the Travel Program Guide, which includes registration instructions and program information. The guide will be accessible on our website and the Playground App.

- Application Tips: For optimal application submission, turn off Wi-Fi on cell phones and use a private or incognito browser on desktops/laptops.
- Submit Application and Physical Form: Complete the online application starting March 26th at 9:00 AM and upload your child’s physical form. Registration is incomplete without the physical form.
- Acceptance Email & Waitlist: Within two weeks, you will receive an acceptance email confirming your reserved weeks or placement on the waitlist. We will contact you if a space becomes available from the waitlist.
- Pay Fees: If accepted, pay the $10 family fee and the $50 weekly deposit per child within 48 hours of receiving the acceptance email.
- Allergies, Medication, and Forms: Inform us of any allergies, medication needs, or additional forms required for your family.
- Cancellations: Email any cancellations by June 20th, 2025, to avoid charges for the remaining balance of that week.
- Handbook Review: Ensure you have reviewed the handbook for comprehensive program information.

Important Notes:
- Online Applications Only: We do not accept paper or emailed applications. All applications must be submitted through the Playground Application Enrollment portal.
- Registration Time: No applications will be accepted before 9:00 AM on the respective registration dates.
- Physical Records Required: Your child’s most recent physical records must be uploaded at the time of application submission, either as a picture or a downloaded document.
