What Zoe Travel Strollers Can I Return?
You can return most Zoe travel strollers and accessories within 30 days of purchase for a complete refund or store credit. To be eligible for a full refund, returned items must be in pristine, brand new condition. This means the Zoe travel stroller should be unused, without any scratches, wheel marks from outdoor surfaces, and must include all original tags and packaging. We want you to be completely happy with your Zoe travel stroller, and our return policy makes it easy to ensure it’s the perfect fit for your family.
What About Shipping Costs and Refunds for My Travel Stroller?
While Zoe provides complimentary return shipping for your convenience, please note that the original shipping fees (Ground, Express, or Overnight) are non-refundable.
As long as your returned Zoe travel stroller is in perfect, resalable condition, you are entitled to a full refund of the purchase price.
In the rare instance that a returned Zoe travel stroller shows signs of use beyond indoor testing – for example, if it appears to have been used outdoors – a restocking fee, up to 50%, may be applied. Examples of situations that may incur restocking fees include used stroller wheels ($25 fee), missing original packaging ($20 fee), or if the item requires cleaning due to pet hair or sticky residue ($25 fee). Should a return not meet the conditions for a refund, even with a restocking fee, our Customer Experience team will contact you. At that point, we can arrange to ship the Zoe travel stroller back to you, or offer a partial store credit as an alternative. We aim to address these situations during the return approval process, but exceptions can occur.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit. If you are returning a Zoe travel stroller that was received as a gift, the refund will be processed as store credit only.
Once your returned Zoe travel stroller arrives at our facility and is inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your return. If your return is approved, the refund process will be initiated within 5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed. Please allow for standard processing times for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
