My parents and I have been staying here on our trips to Lancaster for as long as I can remember, probably dating back at least 30 years. We love it here! The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly…and accommodating, it can be a bit noisy at times as the hotel is on 340, which is a very busy transit route, but if its quiet you can hear all the buggies going down the street! Cute courtyard with a gazebo to relax. You can also use the pool and other recreation facilities at the Bird-in-Hand family inn up the street. Walking distance to town and shops! Breakfast is constantly evolving, but they have a nice selection of pastries, bagels, breakfast sandwiches, and some other breakfast staples, along with copious amounts of coffee! Pro tip: if available, ask for a room further away from the office, preferably across the courtyard. The road the office backs up onto is also sometimes noisy (firehouse lol), so the further you get away from the road the better your experience will be. We will be back, we always do!read more
