Do not buy from Luhxe Travel Bag! This company is a complete scam and their products are not as advertised. My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I want to warn others to avoid making the same mistake.
Back in November 2024, I was enticed by a Buy One Get One (BOGO) deal and purchased several items, including Luhxe travel bags, packing cubes, and a shoe container. It is now March 2025, and I am still fighting to receive my complete order or a refund. After waiting months, I finally received a partial delivery at the end of January. To my dismay, it was missing almost all of the items I ordered – I only received one bag out of six items. Despite paying extra for shipping protection and a lifetime warranty, this proved to be worthless.
To add insult to injury, Luhxe Travel Bag has repeatedly provided fake shipping links that never update, seemingly to deceive customers and prolong the resolution process. They refused to issue a refund, stating that a return must be made first – a ridiculous demand when they haven’t even sent all the items! It’s clear they are employing scam tactics to delay refunds until buyer protection periods expire. The single bag I did receive is of incredibly poor quality, nothing like what was described online. The cheap material has a bad odor and I doubt it will even survive one trip.
Save yourself the frustration and lost money. Luhxe Travel Bag is a fraudulent company selling inferior products. My $168 purchase has resulted in receiving one unusable, cheap bag and a massive headache. Stay away from Luhxe Travel Bag and protect your money!
