Starting in the Lost City, the main hub area, venture northwest from the Arbor of Light region of the Tower. Navigate across the orange platforms until you reach the area’s far end, characterized by waterfalls. The Lost City Vision of the Traveler hovers within a pool at the base of these waterfalls, easily visible once you reach the location.
The Landing Vision

Fast travel to the Landing zone. Immediately turn left and follow the natural rock wall along the edge of the map. Continue along this wall until you encounter a waterfall. The Landing Vision of the Traveler will be situated next to this waterfall, though it might be partially concealed by a bush, so keep a close eye out.
The Refraction Vision

Begin from the circular room in Refraction, where you unlock the Destiny 2 Facet of Justice. Exit this room and move to the opposite cliff side within the area. Look directly beneath the circular room, and you’ll notice a cave opening with a waterfall cascading from it. The Seclusion Vision requires a specific Cyst variant: Searing Light Cyst must be active. Ensure this Cyst is active before proceeding from the Blooming area. Once in Seclusion, head towards the waterfall at the hilltop. Pass through this waterfall to reach the Hive rune barrier.

Head to the northeastern corner of the Impasse, where you’ll find a distinctive pale gray Darkness structure. The Impasse Vision of the Traveler is located atop a prominent column within this structure, flanked by two taller spires, making it relatively easy to spot from a distance.
The Transgression Vision

Continue deeper into Transgression, moving through several sandstorm sections. Proceed until you reach an area characterized by a bright, white light, contrasting black pillars, and twisted trees – this area is situated quite deep within Transgression, as indicated on the map.

Keep to the left side of the path as you navigate this area. Eventually, you will spot a tree emitting a faint, red light. The final Vision of the Traveler is discreetly hidden behind this tree, marking the last collectible to find.
