For travel trailer parts purchased directly from our retail locations, returns are also simple. If you have your original sales receipt, you can return the unused and unopened item for a full refund or exchange. It’s important to bring your receipt as it streamlines the return process. If you are returning an item with a gift receipt, you will receive store credit for the item’s purchase price at the time of the original transaction.
Even if you don’t have a receipt for your retail purchase of travel trailer parts, we can still process a return. In this case, the refund will be in the form of store merchandise credit, and the credit amount will be based on the lowest price the item was sold for within the last 90 days. To process a return without a receipt, we require a valid, state-issued driver’s license or state ID card for verification. Please be aware that we do reserve the right to limit or refuse returns made without a receipt to ensure fair practices for all our customers.

We value our Good Sam members. If you are a Good Sam member with continuous active membership, you receive extended return privileges. Clearance and Outlet items are sold “as is” and are considered final sale. These items cannot be returned at any time, so please choose carefully when purchasing clearance items. If an installed part becomes defective, you must pursue warranty claims directly with the part manufacturer.
Finally, for items purchased using a promotional discount, any returns will be prorated. The value of the discount, free product, or gift card associated with the promotion will be deducted from your refund. Items received as free gifts as part of a promotion can only be exchanged if they are damaged or defective, and only for a direct replacement of the same item. Gift cards themselves cannot be exchanged for cash or applied to previous purchases.
